Aqualithe is a guardian inspired map that I made some time ago, but never really released due to FR issues, as of far, I have eliminated as much as I could, but if it gets bad, delete the blue light and FX. frontal view another view of the main structure central lift red spawn blue spawn shotty hallway (blue) an overview
this map looks great! I love the teleporters in the pillars. Also, what special fx did you use? And you might want to add a better overview, I still can't quite tell the layout.
I got to say "WOW" that is some work of art there. I wish I could do work like that. The only concern I have, but I don't know for sure if it is valid; is that does it have frame rate issues, because of the waterfall. I tend to get it when I build around it. Though even if it does, I must say bravo to you for that looks really original, and fun!
the aesthetics flow seemlessly throughout the map and everything works with the other objects around making it the by far best looking map i've ever seen. breat job because this map is amazing
This is a very cool map, it's look like GUARDIAN from Halo 3, i can see it in the pictures "another view of the main structure", "central lift", "blue spawn" & "an overview". Yeah but this is a great map & you do a great job.
I'm sorry I would actually have to disagree with the first statement here.now I'm not saying the map DOSENT look good because I overall like it but in some spots object usage is random and looks like you just stuck in whatever piece would fit there. Oh.nvm apon closer inspection I saw it was just part of the brace tunnel pieces.
You really have a unique theme and atmosphere going on here. That's pretty hard to make happen. As far as gameplay goes, I don't see anything terrible here. I'll give it a download and check it out.
Thematically, this is impressive. I'll have to download it to see how good gameplay and performance are, but you've nailed a great theme aesthetically.
I've only seen one gaurdian remake that didn't have FR, this map being inspired by gaurdian and being built by the waterfall makes me wonder. The rocks everywhere and recievers everywhere give it a calm feel.
I wanted the location to feel serene. (in an ironic juxtaposition to the carnage that occurs upon it.)
Looks pretty cool. Only thing I'm wondering about is the shotty immediately next to the camo. Might wanna reconsider that.
I like how this map get a water fill to the overall walls. Yes, the teleports are really interesting, and it can probably get Framerate, but I dont give a ****. I'll download it for most detailed view. By the way, good work on that. The time you spend in was significant.
You sure, have blown my mind...it seems like it would be an incredible 2v2. I'll download it as well. =D EDIT: According to the rules, my previous statement was considered as spam, so I will add on and say that while the map is beautiful, it is also a bit small and you may want to consider expanding on through cheaper objects (it would be sort of a compromise between aesthetics and play-ability). Inclines, while often overlooked - if done right - can provide great aesthetics with a massive quantity.
