File Shares are Back!

Aren't there unresolved contests that can finally be decided?

 

Yes. The host of the first one was banned for posting porn and the host of the second hasn't been on halo in over six months so neither is going to happen any time soon.

 

Yes finally we can upload maps.

Only problem is forgehub is going to be spammed with hundreds of maps for the first month or so... So it looks like I am going to wait a while before posting.

 

Watch when everyone does that and there's even more spamming in three months.

Thank goodness they're finally up though. They lied to us though! They said they'd be up in the summer and the first day of summer isn't until tomorrow!

Can't sign in. However, I found out I can still download pics from just visiting my profile. So I we still be able to post maps

 

That makes more sense. Since he said contests for some reason it reminded me of the community ones.

 

Something I'd like to know as well. It seems as if they are updating the File Shares slowly; more options are becoming available as time progresses. Hopefully, they have the Recent Screenshots option.

Good that the fileshares are finally back up. It started to annoy me that I couldn't get BIOC back on track, as well as not being able to post my own maps. (Although I didn't completely finish anything anyway since then, because of exams)

I'm going into second stage of testing on my co-forge map.ive submitted it to testers guild.then well make our final tweaks.and finally after 3-4 months we will finally release the map.

also i just need to beta test my last 2 map packs and then BOOM im done for reach with these map packs
must say its been a good project, no doubt will be doing another map pack series in halo 4

 

What happened to recent screenshots? D':
Now I have to tag all the screenshots to find them via waypoint.

Will we also get 25 slots for Halo 4, or does this only apply to Reach?

 

This news needs to be posted in the form of an Announcement containing as many details as possible. We need to get the site back up to speed as we move into the release of Halo 4.

 

Why is everyone freaking out about 25 slots? We have had 25 slots since Bungie stopped supporting File Share updates like 3 or 4 months ago.

 

Most people didn't notice, since fileshares were pretty useless during those months.
