Played on it multiple times and am not a fan of how many hard corners there are. Sprint coupled with bloom makes this map very unenjoyable to play on. Still better than the crap thats in matchmaking.
you'd slit your wrists right? ... i'm open to improvements but today is the last day i can post before the down time, i will look into opening areas up and such but its looking to be a problem with the entire maps layout then something that can easily be adjusted .. i don't think that its to many hard corners, its that they are just to close together and that they provide a lot of cover .. i'll look into it ..
With every game I play on this, I'm falling more over to Overkill's side of things and starting to despise the map... Its aggravating to play on because of the mechanics of this game. Sprint coupled with Bloom and **** kill times, along with the various easy escape routes available due to hard corners, absolutely break this map. I do imagine it would be a hell of a lot more enjoyable to play with Gold Pro 4SK settings though. And with a decent talent pool in the lobby...
Maybe round out the hard corners or implement a 45 degree buffer instead of a 90 degree corner. The longer that 45 degree buffer the less likely it is to turn the corner as soon as you start getting shot. However, the one redeeming feature of this map, at least for my purposes, is that I can use it to test a certain theory I have on metagame under specific gametype settings. If you guys are interested in that I will be happy to play on this map.
i think the main problem still is the transition from green to orange around the team structures, i've reworked those like 4 times. the other issue could just be the pillars in green used to segment the ramp away, i'm thinking that if i adjust these pillars to open the Los a bit and maybe make a little jump platform could work .. sure!
Um ok I see a lot of pics of good asthetic walls and columns, I see a rocket launcher, grenade launcher, 2 Needle Rifles, and a Spiker. Other than that I can't say much about the map, you may need to add more pictures to give your map more feeling but looks solid but its hard to see what it looks like so I don't know. If you made this with no real idea what you are building it may be a little soggy on gameplay but it does seem to have potential but its looks cramped.
more pictures won't help, you should download the map and have a look at it in game to see what it is actually like because no matter how well the picutres are done, they only show a small part to a map and its hard to tell how everything joins and the feel. also, you can find the map in game easily by searching under tags for "FHRECONSTRUCTED"

I love how close quarters this map is! Its great how it evens the game against all those DMR whoring try hards! Finally a map where every one has a chance to win. Thanks for making this. I hope it gets into MM.
I took a fly threw of this map due to its interesting layout and it seems you have certain lines of view blocked where they really shouldnt be block as well the tight corner problem isnt really a problem its just your way of forging i really did enjoy the lay out thoe
