Intairoh is a small, symmetrical map. I designed it for both team and free for all games. It consists of a central basin (yellow), surrounded by four different sections: Two of those sections are Red and Blue Bases, opposite of each other. They divided into two parts: an outer balcony with columns for cover and an assortment of precision weapons. The other part is separated from the latter by a partially glass wall. In this back section is the team spawns and flags. The third section is the Purple Room. This is a close quarters room with a ramp leading down to either base, a sniper rifle, and a small sniper ledge overlooking the Yellow Basin. The final area is the Green Section. Where either Base connects to the sides of this room, there are two options: one could take the ramp up to Green Balcony, which houses the concussion rifle, or continue flat towards the man cannon that launches you into the center of the Yellow Basin (near the gravity hammer spawn), the path to the enemy's base, or walk under the balcony for the shotgun, and maybe into the Yellow Basin to find the overshield (Provided you've been playing for at least two minutes and fifteen seconds). Here are the weapons: Assault Rifle x2 DMR x2 Magnum x2 Shotgun x1 Sniper Rifle x1 Concussion Rifle x1 Gravity Hammer x1 Needle Rifle x2 Needler x2 Plasma Pistol x1 Plasma Repeater x2 Frag Grenade x4 Plasma Grenade x8 Overshield x1 (135 second spawn delay) Health Pack x5 BTW, it says that this map is for 2-8 people. That is just the recommended number; there are enough spawns to play with 16 players, if you really want to. Blue Base: Red Base: Yellow Basin leading to Green Section: Green Section: Purple Room (Side entrance): Sniper Ledge, from Purple Room, looking over Yellow Basin:
although some parts of the map look a bit ugly and grey, the yellow area looks AMAZING. The first and second picture look like they need more work though. But I love the third pic.
Like Minion said the first two pictures need work but the third is amazing. the map looks like it would flow well and have great symmetric gameplay looks fun and press but maybe lacks as much creativity in the bases that seems to be in all of the other pictures
The Yellow Basin area really got my attention, I'm giving it a download for FFA gameplay, I'll most likely be back with feedback EDIT>> I tested the map with 3 people, I think even with more the map would be a little more fun, but it's way open, especially in the bottom mid, you should maybe replace the gravity hammer with rockets. There doesn't seem like enough paths when you're at the bottom of the map. I think you could also replace a lot of the 4x4 blocks with wall colliseums, it would look better IMO.
