Hey, so it's been a while since I've made a CnC. This one took a while, not entirely sure what to make of it. A little on the cluttered side, I guess. Anyways:

Also, it's up for grabs to anyone who might want it :S

Hmmmm... one of the very few sigs that I dislike from you. First off there's the huge unused space at the right of the guy. Sometimes negative space works and sometimes it doesn't; here it really just looks very blank. The stock wasn't great to start off with, because of its grainyness, but you managed to make the guy and the knife look better even if the stock's quality was horrible.

Also, the glimmer you threw on top of the knife is a bit too distracting. Just my two cents. Sorry for being harsh, but it's not that great, perhaps it's just the stock.

I think you did a pretty cool job working with different effects, but you seemed to have struggled a bit with getting them to blend well. Also, you don't always have to sharpen your focal point to get it to stand out, there are other methods you could look into. By looking at your stock, you really didn't have to work with your focal at all.

Yeah, blending is not a strong point here. I duplicated the image a bit then erased parts so that the stock wouldn't look separate from the rest of the sig, but evidently that didn't work. I should've blended the stock with the area around it then worked from there. Erasing is not a very good blending method lol
