I know you love your jolteon tatoo but it stand out a bit too much here. I don't think it needs to be completely B&W like the real thing, but it should not be as saturated as it is now.
Yeah, I've already added light towards the middle of the arm and lowered the opacity over all. I'll update the image later tonight when I do more to it today.
