I'm getting into making music and sound production and today I made my first Mashup which is what I really want to get into and well for my first Mashup I think it turned up quite well.

It sounded as though you basically cut and pasted sections of songs, one after the other. They had little cohesion, and sometimes the shift in tempo was jarring. For your next attempt you should probably try to find songs that have time signatures a little closer to each other, and maybe similar melodies as well, so they fit more seamlessly together.

    Some good examples:

Bob Marley vs The Beatles - Let It Be, No Cry - Mashup by FAROFF - YouTube

the prodigy vs red hot chilli peppers give it away to the hospital mashup - YouTube

Eminem Vs. Eurythmics Sweet Dreams vs. W/outME by DJ Zebra - YouTube

Nirvana vs Blur - Smells like Song 2 - YouTube

And, possibly the best thing I've ever heard in my life...

Thunder Busters (AC/DC vs Ghostbusters Mashup) by Wax Audio - YouTube
