Why have the floodgates opened on clans recently? Jesus Christ, clans never work. Either you have a large group of people who don't know how to get anything accomplished and fail miserably, or you have a group of friends. Also, I love how you do the classic 12 year old freak out when this happend. Because underlining and bolding everything gets your point across more strongly than the usual all caps, especially with **** sentence structure and little to no grammar.
wow i think i made you angry. sorry if my grammar is bad but actually im not english so its hard for me to have conversation without any mistakes or anything with grammar structure and for the bold and underline thing it was like that on the website so i just copy and paste it but since im a rookie on forgehub i dont know how to use messages correctly. im happy most of you were able to say no with respect and even told me why. I believe at one point there was a 'FTG Zatherla' that kept trying to add me. I lol'd. look at the testers.
Personally I would never join a clan. Dealing with other clan members can be frustrating in my eyes, and I'm not the type of person who would change my armor or clan tag, or even my gamertag just to join a simple clan. That's only my view.
Clans seem pointless. A group of close friends is all you need, besides love. I had a very small 'clan' once. My buddy played with the idea of starting one and I asked him one day 'why don't you just do it already?' So he, another friend and myself sat down and decided our emblem, name, and in game tags. We got I think 7 people total and just chilled out playing halo games. It was nice, but it died off and the first who wanted the clan went on to join DHG I think. He tried to bribe me with money to join them but I said 'nah, **** that bro. Im not changing mt GT for them.' Anyway, the point is I think the group of friends approach works best. Since I have gotten that through Forgehub (the many of us who forge/play customs) I dont care about clans nor joining them. But hey, if that works for anyone else great, just don't forget that if you call yourself a clan you will be treated as a whole as well. Also, coming here just to advertize your clan was a silly move. I lolclaned at this because nobody is ever in their right mind joining a clan that they hear of from some random guy they never heard of before. Others for instance carry a weight with ther name due to being here longer and are more influential. Take Nutduster for instance. He was just another member, stayed for a while, started the Teecoj customs group, got lots of features and buddies, and now an interview. Let's face it, the guy commands some respect. Maybe I am the only one though. I don't think so. Anyway, TL;DR: lolclans, get friends. Don't advertize in your first Forum post. m'kay?
yeah i know it was a bad idea to make my first post a clan invite, but i was recruiting on xbox before and finding no one. so someone told me you can go on forge hub these are the best forgers so i came here, i tought i would just advertise my clan but finnally ill stay and try to post things.
I'm the same I have SIX maps to finish off and I'm debating to make 2 more map packs which could be another 6-10 maps so I have a lot to do but good luck
What are you talking about? This thread is totally locked! It is, in fact, true, that we do not allow clans to advertise themselves on ours boards. Thanks for your understanding! ^_^
