You can still shoot enemies as they come up the purple lifts when looking down them. This map comes with all features included in halo 3s construct or have been altered. Ive tested this map with many people and no one complained about frame rates of course because its only a 2-8 player map if more players join then you will most likely see screen lag.
Very well done. My advice is take out a bunch of those blue surfaces, they'll cause a lag fest. If you can't ditch them, them I suggest making a shallow ramp ribbon covering the blue surfaces in order to improve frame rate. If you fix that you'll have a very solid map on your hands. Bravo on being impressively accurate.
You did a really good job on this map, specifically in layout and weapon placement. But as others said, with a lot of players it might get a little laggy.
Okay, I went and took a good look at it. First off, I tagged it for you, with 'Awestruck' and 'forgetrix' so it's a little easier to find. Secondly, it looks like a nice representation of Construct. I recognize the areas and the general scale feels reasonably close. It is, however, a little sloppy. No offense, and it could be the Reach forge system truncating location data, but I found a lot of the floors to be bumpy, quite a few railings were uneven, and the floor has some gaps, although those could have been intentional I suppose. Also, I was able to jetpack out of the map above the sword spawn. You can fly up on top of the brace and sit there. There's a hard kill a few units away, but there's plenty of room to move around, and some sighlines into the lower levels of the map. Lastly, I found some framerate issues, and I was playing alone, just jetpacking around the map. On the top level in particular, and the line of sight leading up to the balconey area that overlooks the waterfall. You have a lot of glass and lot of merged pieces, right next to the waterfall. This map would be a lot more attractive to me if you moved it away from the waterfall, replaced the glass with plainer pieces, particularly as you don't have the colors set to anything, so they're not even aiding orientation, and perhaps smoothed things out a little with more consistent object use and a little more nudging and tweaking to get it all lining up right. But like I said - it's a nice remake. Construct is a difficult map to remake, and I haven't seen very many attempts. I look forward to seeing future revisions

i like the accuracy and all, but it looks like it'll be a lagfest (SO. MUCH. GLASS.) i'll have a look tho. always loved construct and you appear to have done it justice. ArmadillosTHFC
