he can't .... b.net file system is read only now, cannot add or remove or even download files from there so everything now has to be done in game ..
If they have Youtube, they can at least make a video. Even if they don't have a capture card, we can still see the video.
A haunted army is correct the fileshare system on bungie .net is no more, so for now if you want to download a map from forgehub or youtube etc. then you have to go to your halo reach game and download it from there. this summer the halowaypoint site will have a fileshare system to be able to download maps.
