    Sup Guys

    I have been Developing a game for Android and iOS (DROID and iPhone) and I was looking for some comments or criticism on the logos I might use.

    First, a little background.
    This game involves a simple egg (you) which you control and try to get to a frying pan. There are many levels which provide a fun and intuitive gameplay. Along the way there are several obstacles such as barbed wire, teleporters, etc. which hurt or help you make your way. Also, there are three ingredients per level, which make your food (whether it be scrambled eggs or eggs benedict) much more tasty (also higher score).
    You can move left and right by tilting the device, and you can swipe your finger along the screen to "roll" the egg, which pops it off the ground into the air. The "egg roll" is the main mechanic of the game, which is why the game is cleverly named "eggRoll".

    I have finished coding the mechanics of the game and need to start of graphics, so yeah.

    Here is the egg: There is also white, spotted white, spotted brown, green/blue, spotted green/blue.

    So here is a possible logo. Which will be shown at the top of the menu. (BTW its a golden egg, which is what you get when you get three ingredients on all levels)

    And im going to publish the game under "eggshellGames". This image will be by itself as a precursor to the actual game. Here is that logo:

    So I would love some criticism, good or bad, on the logos.

    I like the texture you've got on the egg, and the thick lines look nice, to give it that sort of cut-out feel. Something I'm curious about, though, what's the big circle in the egg supposed to be?

    Also, logos look nice, too. Not sure about the length of the last one, but I don't know, maybe the average logo on IOS market or whatever it's called is that length. I don't have an iClone so I can't say for sure. ;)

    Its supposed to take care of lighting on the eggs, It remains at the same angle as the egg rotates and rolls, Its kind of like my lazy way of not having a different lighting overlay image for every 5 degrees or so, which would take for ****ing ever.

    For the eggshellGames logo, it is the only thing on the screen, and takes up the entire screen. Its up for only about 10 seconds.

    Ahh yeh, I forgot this is a mobile game *facepalm*.

    And about the lighting thing, clever. :) You'll have to let everyone know when you upload this game so I can have a go at it, looks interesting.

    Thanks, I was seriously debating making a different overlay for each angle, but then I did like 3, and was like FUKKKKK THISSSS.
    I should have a beta done in about two weeks, so if anyone wants in on that ill shoot you some cash once im rich. lol

    I looked at the splash screen on my iPhone and I dont like where the focal point of the logo sits. I think the parts of the cracked egg need to be closer together. Take a look at Fruit Ninja or Angry Birds and you see the company name is relatively close to the centre.

    As for the egg I'm loving the cartoony, simple design. Good work, will be waiting for its release.

    I really like the Egg Roll logo. It does a nice job of utilizing simplicity. And the text makes me giddy. I'm not sure about the Eggshell Games logo. Looks a lot like the Burger King logo to me. Hope you go far with this, getting a popular App up there takes skill, to say the least.

    Its about 20,000 lines of code, 15,000 or so I wrote, which took about 3-4 weeks.

    Thanks so much for the support guys, I really can't wait to release it, but I want it to both look good and play well.

    Crippy! I will definitely do some edits on the splash screen, thanks for the input!

    What is the tentative release date for this? If you're running a beta of some sort I would like to participate. I though the yellow circles inside the egg was the yolk, as in a cut-away view. Great work, I've seen nothing similar so far. If it plays well and it's original it will be a success.
