I've given up on the topic. Do you realize how many of the people don't have the maps? There's a reason they didn't do this. If you're a quick shot And have good situational awareness it's not too difficult to drive into the enemy base and screw over the other team. I've done it multiple times but never seen anyone else get past the center of the map so maybe I'm just lucky. Asphalt isn't nearly as chaotic as cragmire in the games I've played. Only the first game I played on it felt chaotic before I knew the map. Since you bring up how late it is in Reach's life, 343 doesn't want to lose people by it allowing then to play big team in matchmaking.
I have always thought LOS was referencing the line, not the sight. Never heard of LOF until now. Actually, it sounded to me like he said, "You lost credibility with me, because I cannot see how you can jump to such a conclusion." That is in fact a legitimate perspective and I didn't feel he attacked me personally at all. Ya, isn't that interesting? I wonder why they won't give them away today? Do you think that so few people have bought it that those that have really have not had the opportunity to make full use of it and would feel cheated? Maybe we should post a thread on waypoint asking 343i to make them free so we can play on them through out the play lists?
Not sure how many people have it, but the few of us who do already do feel cheated. I mean, don't we? I'm all for said thread on Waypoint. I'll pitch my pleas there. It just feels like a lost cause by now. I'd lke to see the Big Team and Objective playlist made DLC-required. Grow some balls 343i!
People who don't have the maps are going to feel much more cheated if they can't play big team, and as far as I know there are many more of those. Instituting a separate btb dlc playlist could work, but invasion is the only playlist remotely similar to btb.
