The first slow-mo should be a little faster, cause its causing the weapon/arms to look jumpy and un-wanted. Or if there is a better way to make it smoother without having to speed it up, then do that. I've never messed with Mw3 Theater or Sony vegas so eh.
I could make it smoother, thank you for the input. The reason for that though, I think is the frames per second being to slow then slowing down more, if I recorded it from the theater as slow motion like I did with the running it would be better. I will remember to take the time to do that next time.
