Map name: Timber Shore Map Canvas: Tempest Players: 4-8 Weapons: Shotgun, Sniper, DMR, Plasma pistol, Concussion Rifle, Focus Rifle, Spiker, Rocket Launcher, Needle Rifle, Magnum, Spartan Laser, Assault rifle, needler, Frags and Plasma Grenades. Equipment & Vehicles: 2x Ghost, 2x Mongoose, 1x Overshield and 1x Cloak Timber Shore is a Halo 3 inspired map from 'High Ground'. You'll notice most of the similarities outside the base as you are closer to the beach side. Like the cave, bunker, the turret bridge, laser tower, rocket spawm, invisability spawn ans most of the weapon spawns. The base side of the map is completely different however. Wow, a High Ground re imagining! Clever, building it here, I've never seen it on Tempest before. Well done for originality. Unfortuantly, I don't like the tower you put where the original laser tower was. It seems to high, and I'm sure it disrupts the flow of attacking and defending. That's a personal opinion, though, feel free to keep it as is. As a final note, I really love what you did with the bunker. It's both interesting to look at and, gameplay-wise, useful. Great job, I hope to see more from you, you have potential. -EDIT- I came back, because I just needed to say; I loved this map. I had a great time, and I'm sure most of my buddies did, too(Well, at least the winning team did). But, even with such pros comes cons. As I said the first time around, the large tower did disrupt flow. Instead of defending the base as a hole during non-objective games, the defenders mostly defended just the tower. Fortunately, it was not as bad as I thought it would be, being as it is quite open and I previously didn't take jetpack into account. Nonetheless, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I loved it, grand job.
frost bite pretty well said what i was about to say, I think you could post it in the competitive maps section with a little editing. good luck with future forging
