Why is there only one team in team games?

And usually, it's the enemy's. Really, even in BTB where there are 7 other people accompaning you, I can as soon as I spawn, go around a corner, I get shot from 4 DMRs at the same time, cause they're all crouching behind a hill, sticking only their heads out they're almost impossible to hit, and to afraid to walk in the open. As soon as I see I'm getting shot, and I'm in the open, I went into AL(I only chose it because of those damn ghosts I had to take on my own), and when I was in AL, I looked around and saw my teammates everywhere, but they were not paying attention, but had the luck that the enemy didn't see them either. I always see my teammates just walking trough the middle, looking only forward and not getting shot, while I can't even get past a flank, crouching, with active camo and constantly looking around. And my team is usually retarded and then 2 or so quit, there's 1 afk, 1 hiding in our base and 3 just staying near our base and don't do a **** for the whole game cause the enemy is invisible for them and vice versa. In a game, 2 teams can both attack, or 1 team defends and the other attacks. BUT YOU ****ING CAN'T HAVE BOTH TEAMS DEFENDING! I started to melee the hider, to see if He'd get the message and do something but he simply betrayed me, and I got no boot option. Then I betrayed him back and grabbed his Sniper, which he wouldn't use anyway, but then I got booted. Well, good for them. Let's see how they do with two teams standing still at opposite parts of the Map. And very rarely, the teams are more or less even and if I'm abnormally lucky I get reasonable teammates. But it just seems to me I always end up carrying my team and having just slightly less than half of my team score, which is too much for BTB. Anyone else got tips? I can't invite friends cause they never join my game and they suck at everything but Custom Games.
