expansion packs I am level 69 (the max on ps3 the max on xbox is 70) the best weapon in the game for sniper rifle is GGN550 ZZ FEARSOME BESSIE dmg is 825-1911 (the exact number is when you get the weapon so its random) +69% dmg and 500%+ crit dmg. It takes out the hardest boss in a shot which is the crawmerex (one hit for each joint because it has multiple joints.) Best weapon for pistol is RV10 XX Bloody Unforgiven dmg is 644-1694 +200% melee dmg +97% dmg +200% crit dmg they are all jakobs which is the strongest manufacture in Borderlands the weapons i have found is a jakobs gamble There are multiple gamble weapons, it amplifies crit dmg by 250%-500% my weapon takes out crawmerax (a joint) about 2-5 hits depending how much ppl are in the game because the lvl of monsters increase if max ppl. But the hits are 2-5. The best gamble is the rolling gamble. Lies. Its 69 as well. I would know, I played to max level on my hunter and siren. Also, nice necromancy there.
You're both right. It used to be possible to mod your level to 70 on Xbox, but they patched it. Also, old dead thread is old and dead. Great thread, tho.
well... there's kyros' power- type-sniper make-atlas damage-614 accuracy-95.7 fire rate-0.6 elemental-x2 explosive 180% crit. hit damage it also steals health then there the 1 thunderstrom type- eridian ( works like a shot gun ) make-...eridian damage- 8x364(so if all of the rounds hit from the spread shot its more like 2000 damage) accuracy-errr....16.7 fire rate-2.0 elemental-none listed, however, it does twice as much damage through electrocution. i don't have the stats on sledges shot gun, but it can blow enemies back...so if their near a cliff.... also, it has a unique melee attack that has to be at least 10x stronger than my hunters sword. it has 10,000% burst fire count...but im not really sure what burst fire count is....still, it got me through the game. and no the 10,000 isn't a typo.
Borderlands is amazing, even when i get bored of halo this is the game i go to. Billions of gun combos and the enemies get harder through each playthrough which makes it a real challenge sometimes. I'm looking forward to getting to the crawermax since he drops real good weapons from what i have seen. I'm also after the "Chopper" machine gun but it requires level 50 for the quest. Anyways, the best gun i have found so far is this sniper. GGN20/V3 Sighted Surkov Damage - 515 Accuracy - 94.9 Fire Rate - 1.4 +57% Fire Rate +200% Crit Damage 1.0x Zoom P.S.
