    Hello ForgeHub,

I'd like to present to you my first minigame ever! I recently have been playing a lot of Halo sports minigames (basketball, golf, soccer, etc.), and I couldn't find a single tennis game out there! I was so disappointed that I created a map and gametype of my own. While this game doesn't stay true to every nature of the sport, it's a fun and explosive concept.

The object of the game is simple: collect tennis balls (grenades) and throw them at your opponent. Play in the backcourt to hit powerful topspin shots (frag grenades), or charge the net for some deadly drop shots (plasma grenades). Don't try to jump over the net, either: that's against the rules! Also, to prevent trolling, I've disabled betrayals.

While the game only supports singles and doubles matches (2-4 players), you may have an audience with up to five people on each side! Audience members must join the orange team to cheer for the reds, while the green team cheers for the blues. Audience members must refrain from jumping onto the court: that's against the rules!

Any breaking of the rules (from the players or the audience) will result in an instant death. Have fun! ;)

Oh, I almost forgot. Here's some screenshots!

Here's a close-up of the chair umpires... well... chair.

And the red fan's section of the bleachers.

    And of course, the action.

If there are any bugs, tips, or tidbits of information you'd like to tell me about, just leave me a comment. I'm not really new to forge, but I've never taken it as seriously as I did on this map. It's a little sketchy, as I did 90% of it today alone, but I'm pleased with the end result. I intend on making a grass court very soon, making it look more friendly. This was more or less a proof-of-concept map. Thanks for checking it out!

    For realz,
    CYP43R

This looks really cool, I will download and play tomorrow(or today whatever).
I should have fun with one of my friends who actually plays tennis.

I see a lot of similarities to dodgeball themed games.
    Anyhow the aesthetics look nice.

No offense but isn't this just doge ball in a tennis court?

This isn't really tennis, it's just like dodgeball, like A DIRTY HOBO 59 just said. Plus, if it's against the rules to jump over the net, you know that people aren't going to follow those rules. You should just disable jumping or put on 300% gravity. The honor system rarely ever works in Halo minigames. Sorry... that's just life!

Or put a thin kill zone over the middle. Think, guys. This is dodgeball, don't know why you'd use frags, though, they kind of suck.

When I saw the title, I was hoping that someone made a game where you hit frags with hammers making them bounce back. Like I said before, this is just DodgeBall and should be treated as such. Can someone please make a game which I just described please.

There's a teleporter that leads to a killzone in both of the spots I mentioned. I know people don't try to follow the rules, lol. And yeah, I know it's a lot like dodgeball, but it's the closest thing I could think of at the time. >.> I have no idea how to actually implement a scoring system for tennis, unfortunately. Sorry to disappoint, everybody. :/
