Actually it's quite easy to appease the masses of idiots on Bungie.net. But on the picture, it's nice, like Nemi said, really bright.
i think: yes it looks like something that could be on bungie favorites cause they choose ones that are less than half as good as others. so what im saying is it could make bungie favorites but that doesnt mean its good. personally, i think that the spartan's right arm is reaching for his sidearm so he can blast the brains out of the idjit elite (yes, you heard it here, idjit is my word)

That looks really cool. is master chief touching the arbiter's head in that picture? I would give this a 9 out of 10, but I don't really think that it's bungie favorite material.
every child has a dream... This picture is very mediocre, it's nothing too special but like others have said, anything can make bungie favorites.
