Elite Zombies

    Is there a physical way to make the Zombies in an Infection game Elites? If so, would you let me know? I have a game type I would like to make and it would be good if the Zombies could be Elites.

    theres a modded gametype that is you start off as a human and when infected, turn into a zombie. i didnt make it but would gladly let you download it off of me if we go into a custom match
