Tombstone is larger than HeH. This map is a remake of HeH. In other words, it's impossible for Tombstone to be remade on this map. Assuming that you remade this in every other way, this would still essentially be HeH with Tombstone's weapon set. There's really no reason to download this over the default High Noon variant.
What if the small changes made on Tombstone made the map better for some people? I think that this was a great idea even though it wouldn't have taken long to make. Maybe HeH is smaller and therefore a perfect remake is something that is impossible but at least there is a map that sure gets close.
I know that Tombstone is slightly larger, but saying there's no point in downloading something that was worked on is kind of rude.... It was really difficult to find were every weapon spawned at, what changes were made from Hang 'Em High to Tombstone and all that....and then there were the spawn points for Objectives that were changed from HeH to Tombstone....I didn't have much references to work with. Even the youtube videos varied were instead of the Plasma Rifle in the Overlook Room, there was a Carbine.
I always admire maps that use different canvas maps. (other then forgeworld) Here are some things that you should consider changing. 1.Put more platforms/blocks down on the map. That way it will be truely unique and people won't recongize it as Hang em High. (4shot) 2. I would seperate certain areas of the map. You might be able to even make it a small 1v1 map if you just isolate a ceratin part of the map. (just an idea)
that is no major issue all you would need is to toggle the run/jump speed in a special slayer gametype. I will say though that he needs to make it look a bit cleaner though like in the top of blue base and certain part that suffer from z-fighting.
OP, that is 4shot. 4shot, be nicer if you want to get your point across. I like the idea, even though Tombstone is smaller. It could be like what EpicChief said, or IMO, a hybrid of the two.
