A Decrepit Labyrinth hovering above the quaint island of Paradiso. Inside lurks a long forgotten creature named for a mythical beast of legend. A creature that, once slain, possesses the champion and continues the endless cycle of murder. Modern day heroes venture inside to break the chain and stop its rampage once and for all. A stalwart Warrior armed with an assault rifle, a swift Ranger and his trusty DMR, a silent Assassin with a storied blade, a wise Specter with his hand-crafted Focus Rifle, and a gruff Demolitions expert with a grenade launcher and plenty of explosive devices. Many enter, but the fight never ends. Choose your hero, begin the onslaught, the hunter becomes the hunted in Minotaur's Feast... Several Days Later... The Heroes have defeated the crazed minotaur and feel invincible. With high hearts and a new supply of weaponry, they venture deeper into the abyss with intent to clear the labyrinth of abominations once and for all. This map is basically a maze of walls and corridors. It's fairly dark and creatures could pop out around the corner at any minute. Stay on your toes and you'll be fine. Just choose your class and try to kill that damned thing as many times as possible. Warning: You must be a Spartan to play on this map. Elites and are too tall for the labyrinth and will spawn outside. When you start, you choose from the available loadouts: Warrior - Assault Rifle Ranger - DMR Assassin - Energy Sword Specter - Focus Rifle Demolitions - Grenade Launcher There are various helpful aids strewn throughout the map. I'll leave finding those up to you. View of the maze in the light.
Hahah i like the idea especially how it all looks the same, I do worry though that it could be a little too big and result in never seeing anyone. Have you tested this map how does it play. I imagine infection would be great in this as you have already set it up. I'll DL and play.
In fact, I have tested it numerous times. I wouldn't dare post my very first map on Forge Hub without making sure everything worked properly. Now, as for the size, I actually wanted it to be bigger. However, I ran out of building blocks and I refused to add any more walls that don't match the others. Still, I'm glad it's this size, now. I've played about thirty or so games on it and the size makes even a four person group fun. I've also found that some of my friends prefer different classes. I don't know how, but Dan can always get me with the Focus Rifle... it's like he has ultra aiming capabilities. I'll go ahead and add my extra GameType. It's a zombie game tailored specifically for the labyrinth.
Love how the maze looks on this map. Good maze maps are extremely hard to make IMO, and it seemed you did very well here. Definitely giving this a download.
