    Meridian

    Please feel free to download, play test, and critique my map. Your feedback is highly important to any development process.

    Map Breakdown:
    Meridian is designed to support Slayer (Team and FFA); KOTH; Oddball; Stockpile; Assault; Multi-team and CTF. The map is balanced on all sides with equal weapon distribution, and weighted respawn zones to deter spawn killing. Intended for team sizes 2-10; however 8v8 is accommodated quite well.

    Meridian is constructed on forge world comprising of 3 floors, and 4 bases with integrated panoramic views.

    Weapons:
    2 snipers - 8 shots--- spawn time 160
    1 rocket launcher - 4 shots--- spawn time 180
    1 grenade launcher - 5 shots---spawn time 160
    1 concussion rifle - 12 shots---spawn time 160
    4 magnums
    6 DMRS
    2 Needle Rifles
    4 plasma pistols
    2 plasma repeaters
    6 frags grenades
    6 plasma grenads

    Back Story:
    Mardian is coastal covenant beacon, which has been discovered by the UNSC recon forces on reach. UNSC forces currently have plans to destroy the installation, but all attempts thus far have failed.

    This map is aesthetically perfect in every way. Unfortunately I experienced quite a few issues with frame rate. If you could figure out a way to cut down on the lag this could be one of the best maps ever forged.

    For some reason the frame rate lag only appears in forge mode but not in game play, even when playing 8v8. The theory I have is some objects are game specific, but while in forge mode every thing is on the map at once. The issue is still a work in progress.

    the top view looks astonishing. But the lower level looks a little crappy. I'd block it off if I made it. Though it makes the map seem bigger, its less aestheticly pleasing compared to the rest of the map
