Rather plain.. It seems Low quality too from the image, unless you went abit overboard with the sharpen tool. The smudge doesn't look nice that much but the text is decent however. The rest is just plain and boring really.
Honestly the only thing my eye looks at is the text, the background is too dull and busy in comparison, so it makes it so your eye doesnt even glance at it.
