Hey Forge Hub, Tiny here from Team Awesomness and FLAG Tournament wanting to stop by to let you guys know we've opened up registration for this year's FLAG Tournament. If you are unfamiliar with FLAG Tournament, The Fight Like A Girl Tournament (FLAG) is an annual Halo tournament that raises money and awareness for breast cancer awareness. Every year, hundreds of gamers come together one weekend in October to have fun, play some games, and donate to our cause. Find out more information about FLAG here Flag Tournament | FLAG 2011 Oct 21st - 23rd Event Details 2v2 Slayer (Double Elimination) FFA Slayer (Single Elimination) 4v4 Team (Single Elimination) Team Firefight Score Attack Solo Firefight Score Attack FLAG 2011 takes place in 2 weeks, from the 21st through 23rd, there is a $10 donation fee for each entry, 100% of which goes to breast cancer research.
I don't have the money to donate, but I can raise awareness this weekend with my TGIF party, if that's OK with you.
Raising awareness is great and really appreciated. If you want to participate but can't donate drop by our forums and we have a section for sponsorships just for that purpose. That goes for anyone, so don't feel like just because you can't donate there is no way to participate.
