I really think this is very impressive, especially seeing as this your first posted map. I really dont like the location of the health pack (1:05 in video). Its pretty awful as far as Im concerned. Some suggestions. Add more dance floor, you basically have a room with a pit and two spawn rooms. One could easily spawn camp or just plain camp there. add paths on the sides and rooms. The health packs under those walls are just awful, make them easy to get to. Give more hight variation. Maybe where the grass wall is you can add a balcony? As of now its very linear and single height-ed. Give a realistic player count- this is a 2 or three player map as of now. 12 would be absolute horrendous chaos. Thats all I got, hope it helped somewhat. Keep this up, the aesthetics are really quite good and you have something going there with the center room! I am not as fond of your side spawn areas though.
I would highly suggest replacing those rockets with a grenade launcher. Rockets and snipe on such a small map is too much. I can see the map working for 1v1 and 2v2 but its just too small to really hold many more than that.
Oh shoot, I didnt even see you had rockets and snipers. Put one or the other in the center with no extra clips I would say. Or do the grenade Launcher thing like Yerginator said, that's a good idea too.
This map could definitely be better, but don't get me wrong. This map has some wonderful architecture, architecture that is much better than some people's first maps. I suggest that you focus more on gameplay and how things would work in actual games, however.
This map looks nice but has to much firepower in a to small environment. Team slayer is a no no on this map, its to small. I suggest taking out the rocket launcher and putting only 1 sniper on the map instead. Its a nice FFA map or 2v2/1v1 map. Also, it seems very dark. I personally dislike dark maps for competitive play.
