Gone Fishing in The Amazon River

    STORYLINE

    [​IMG]

    You Live in Manaus, Brazil, along one of the most well known Rivers in the World, the Tropic Amazon River. You live so close to the river, yet have never gone to it your entire life, so you ask your father to take you and your many brothers and sisters on a trip to the Amazon. As he agreed to this vacation, he packed lunches and other snacks for all the children, and eventually, left their home and traveled to the Amazon, little had they heard of the many horror stories and tragedies that have happened in the years' past. When you and the rest of your family arrive, you get out of the car and help your father unload all of the lunches and other fishing gear for your trip. When you and your dad finish unpacking, you jump into the river, not knowing about anything that may soon happen. Suddenly, a Pirahna leaps out of the water and attacks you and your family. As the fish bites you, you slowly start to become numb, and cannot control your own bodies actions. You start to attack your own family, dragging everyone into the river, as they too get attacked by the pirahnas. Eventually you have dragged everyone into the river, except for your own father. Still unable to control your actions, you attack him, but he thought about this before he arrived there, so he whipped out his pistol and started defending himself from the Army of Nullified Humans and Pirahnas...
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Welcome to my New Infection Map, Gone Fishing in the Amazon River! This map took me about 5 hours to create and I've had multiple tests already. This map uses the Out of Bounds Underwater glitch to Great proportions. Now let's actually get into this map.

    The Humans Spawn on top above the water.

    The goal of the Humans is to survive for as long as they can from the zombies.

    The Zombies Spawn underwater.

    The goal of the zombies is to Leap out of the water and try to infect all of the humans.

    This looks like a decent infection game, but the map itself needs more "aesthetics". Also, I think it would be cooler if there are rocks on the river floor just to make it not as repetitive.

    A map isn't really about the aesthetics until the gameplay has actually been perfected. I will add aesthetics as soon as this map is perfect and completely fair. Also, I really like the idea of the rocks on the bottom, it'll add more stuff to look at, but as I said before, I will add aesthetics later after the gameplay has been completely perfected.

    I disagree with this, maybe if "a" was changed to "my"... As depending on what aesthetics are added you don't know how that will effect gameplay. For example adding rocks under water may effect spawning and ways around... This has a decent gameplay idea, although I think it would be better having larger land mass above and more snaking pathways under water connected to exit points from water to ground level. If you don't make it I may adapt what I mean into my own map as I like the idea and may have some potential.

    Ill add a download link so anybody can take a look at this version. Its currently waiting to be tested by the Tester's Guild. But anyways, I'm glad that you like the idea!

    One thing I would do is enable the safe haven and place it inside the water. Then edit the traits of the humans who enter to help balance everything. Just something to help prevent to much camping underwater.

    I was thinking the same thing, I just didn't want to ruin the gameplay. When this map finally gets tested by the TG, then I'll know for sure what I need to do to make it better.
