i like the first and third not so big on the sparrowhawk because its only aesthetics, i dont want to download something i can't play on

Holy crap, these maps look so sick. The golf course idea was really original, that's my favorite out of all three.

Under the post for each map is a link to download the map in bold. Click on it, and you'll go to the bungie thread. Sign in there, then queue it to download to Halo.
I don't know about these features. It seems like there are millions of other maps that could get featured. I like the Hazard Golf, though.
