BAHAHAHAHAHA @ the lyrics what a teenage anthem this is a bad metal song. then they took a bad metal song, threw in some lyrics for angsty teens to chant, and gave it some dubstep to make it hip musicians like this can **** off and die, imo
Those lyrics...Fail. That song is average at best. I like metal. I like dubstep. Do I think the two should ever meet? Hell to the ****ing no.
Haha. They are corny which I can't stand, but at least they are real. They could have been a lot more well writing obviously but i agree with them only for the fact that I hate people who do things just to fit in. I hate how ever kid these days fit in to their scenes and don't do anything that could make them out of the groups of "cool kids" and can't do what they want. Like sluts, fn hate them. It's not cool to brag about how many guys you've slept with, yet their going to do it anyway. People like tat piss me off. With that all said, I will say this again, the lyrics are a corny approach to the meaning. I ****ing love the breakdown. Choppy b-tuning opens guitars with hard ass wub in the background. Though the song could be written better I personally think the genres together sound nasty.
Oh my god, that was ****ing woeful. I can't believe I wasted my bandwidth on that. Should have listened to the other posts in here instead of giving it a chance and being horribly disappointed in myself. And those lyrics? I could almost hear the tears streaming down his cheeks as he bordered on mispronouncing simple words. Guitars were generic, the dubstep was poorly used, basically thrown in as a "me too!" attempt at being hip, and it was just the same **** over and over again. It also sounds terribly close to being emo. I hope to **** that this doesn't breed a new type of metal, "emo-tal". The only good things going for it was the message they were trying (and I use that word with every definition of the term) to get across, and the fact that the song sounded like old-school Linkin Park up until the 0:44 mark. To summarise then, I get no *****, I have no friends, and my parents do not love me. At least I haven't compromised myself in jumping on the bandwagon and 'liking' this song. Perhaps someday I will reach the stars...
Haha wow, about a month ago my friend made a Facebook post "chillin with the browning". Never really heard of them so I didn't think much of it. (He's the lead guitarist for my towns local metal band). The lyrics aren't good but I thought it was pretty sick overall.
Maybe you could have posted that in the UMT. That way we could all have independently decided if we like it or not without your pre-loading that it is somehow special enough to warrant it's own thread. You still could have given your commentary.
