Here comes another of my maps. This one has interlocking which is basically a first for me, so bear with my first interlocking attempt. Without further ado, I am proud to present, Collision. In Collision, two bases loom ominously over a small field. The field is littered with boxes and equipment. This map works with CTF both one and two; assault, both one and two; team slayer, oddball, etc. It is not set up for territories. It is an assymetrical map but does have two bases. Each base has a mauler, a couple of brs, an AR, shotgun, and covenant carbines. Grenades and equipment are spread around the map. The shotguns are located in the back entrance (the tunnel) Here are some pictures of the map: This is the defenders' base. Stairs go up, turn to the right, and then your at the top of three levels. This picture is larger than the others because it was taken from an odd angle. I wanted you to see the detail better. You can see the back entrance to the base here. Just smash the pallets and your inside. Here is part of the field and the front of the attacker's base. Here is the attackers base. Same list of weapons as the defenders base. But clearly different. The stairs go straight up. Look out for the hiding spot. Thats all for now. I'll post other pictures of things if people request them. I'll be forging most of the night, so drop in if you want to see what I'm up to. Click here to download map
looks great but some more pics would not hurt and add a mongoose or a warthog cause it s prety big not to have vehicles
Hey dude, what's up, I was wondering when I would see you on the forums! But for the map, I don't see much or any at all interlocking, and that would be nice. Your whole layout and weapons layout seems fine, but you have some very crooked walls that could easily be corrected by flattening them with a box made frame. Other than that great for your first map.
Well, the interlocking is on the side of the base. Where the back entrances are. There are maybe 3-5 crooked walls I couldnt get quite right. That biggest problem is the wall on op of the attackers base. I need soem help with that. Thanks though
Looks boring... And no interlocking? Check out the Forgind 101 to get some excellent tips on Forgin' and you might come up with some better maps. But to be honest this looks very average... 1/5
