That is very cool idea. The middle rock part with water around looks amazing. I have one question, can you walk in the water or is it not walkable. I will download and give you some more helpful feedback in about 3 or 4 days.

@ Poster Above - Water does not look to be walkable

I would like to see a more original design on the bases (Asylum/Sanctuary)
I feel like the tunnels are too enclosed. Being able to shoot from tunnels to the middle would probably be good
I do like the naturally forged mountain in the middle
Where does the grav hammer spawn?

Near to the mini mountain, in the picture of the mini mountain and a tunnel you can see a hairline in the middle of the picture in a rock.

Just played a few matches on your map and just wanted to leave some feedback.

I know I risk sounding like a jerk when saying this, but you should really change the name to "Forgotten Past" apposed to "Forgotted Past." Normally I wouldn't say anything but because it's the title of the map and all...

Aesthetically you did a great job in the central, featured part of the map. It looks really nice and shows you're quite the creative forger. :) I didn't really like how the main base was pretty much an exact replica of the Asylum base though. It seemed like you put a whole lot of effort into the center of the map and not so much effort into the other ends. The design was simple and clean however, and there is something to be said for that.

Also, there was an inconsistency with the symmetry of the map. The decorative>medium railings that are on the 2x2 inclines that lead up to the side areas. You have them on the blue side of the map but not the red. I know this seems like a minor thing, but when you're an idiot like me and you strafe into the water thinking there's a railing there on both sides of the base then it makes you kind of irritated. :p

Your attractive design didn't work so well from a game play point of view. Let's compare your map to Asylum (or Sanctuary whatever you want to call it). The biggest difference is, of course, the center of the base. The multi-level base in the middle of Asylum creates action and strategy. You push towards the center and control the area. If you have a good hold on the center area of Asylum you have better control over the map. The design of Asylum creates strategy and interesting action.

Your map, however, has a large decorative rock in the center of the map and two single story, enclosed hallways. Both of those areas kill any action in the center of the map, and throw out any interesting map control strategy. The best option from a strategic point of view was to just camp at your base and destroy the team whose (basically) only option was to run down the center of the map.

Weapon placement seemed pretty decent to me. The hammer was pretty much useless because the majority of the time I was going against a team just camping at their base. They would kill me long range way faster than I could get to them.

There were way too many health packs (5, I think), in my opinion. It seemed like there was always a health pack next to me which is probably a bit much.

Because the map was so small, I didn't think you needed so many grenade spawns. The map is very prone to grenade spamming which I guess was balancing the other team's tendency to camp, but fighting the camping with grenade spamming really does not create a fun game.

I don't want to discourage you from creating more maps, though. I think you could do a really great job on a map with a bit more planning. Looking forward to your next map!

    A little problem

Yes, the problem of the medium railings, yesterday I did this I was going to put the 2 sides blue and red as it was night but my mom told me, off this! and gave me time to finish.
Right now I come to school and doing homework and I walk a little social networking, so then I compose the problem.

aka, so other viewers dont think im excluding them:

I like the mountain in the middle, and I like it even more if you can get to the top of it too. I wish I had done more in the corners of the map, though, seems a little sterile. And yes, something small, but should be changed to [Forgotten] instead. At this point, it says 'forget the past'(in past tense), when I think you mean 'forgotten past'.

Solo es un nombre y solo lo puse al azar y sí, si se puede subir a la cima de la montaña solo que lo tienes que descubrir. :D
