    Hello all, welcome to Concussed my latest and to me my greatest forge project I have
    worked on so far, I started working on this the day that I released Excavation my last map, I had this idea floating in my head of more of a arena type map then Excavation
    Alpha facility because neither one of those fit the bill to me of what a arena type map
    should be, so I started working on this, its literally a square with a lower middle and a
    higher ring around the outside with plenty of objects that blend cover and aesthetics, the rocket launcher spawns in the middle so I believe alot of action should happen down there while fighting over that Power Weapon.

    Weapons:

    DMR x4 30 sec. 2 spare clip
    Sniper Rifle x2 180 sec. 1 spare clip
    Assault Rifle x2 30 sec. 2 spare clip
    Needle Rifle x2 30 sec. 2 spare clip
    Shotgun x1 180 sec. 0 spare clip
    Energy Sword x1 180 sec. 2 spare clip
    Rocket Launcher x1 180 sec. 0 spare clip
    Plasma Rifle x1 30 sec. 2 spare clip
    Needler x1 120 sec. 2 spare clip
    Plasma Pistol x2 30 sec. 2 spare clip

    Plasma Grenade x4 60 sec.
    Frag Grenade x4 60 sec.

    Health Pack x6 15 sec.

    The weapon balance on this map might seem a bit overpowered, but in play tests no-one was able to keep a power weapon for any considerable amount of time because of the layout and general concept of the map, I believe it will follow the same way with any other playtests.

    Theres not that many because the layout of the map is so simple.

    Red base:

    One of the Hallways, their all the same except for the green and orange ones have different weapons

    This is one of the Corners of the track around the outside, it creates a type of "Choke Point" so the base hallways arent so wide open so you have a place to try to control

    EDIT: I took down the map this-morning and took some more screen shots and tweaked the map a little, most notably I removed the two grenade launchers from the base to level the balance a bit more for the bases and weapons, I decided not to remove the light from the middle as it really did take something away from the map it disrupted the "Flow" of it to me.

    I think you need to add some more pics to give people more of an idea about your map. From what you have here I see that you have made some interesting architecture and you have quite a bit of color. I'm also a bit concerned about the frame rate on this map because usually lights take quite a toll on it. Your map may be small enough to use lights though.

    Hello Knight of Order, thanks for the reply, I myself and none of the beta testers had any problems with frame rate issue so far so that seems good, do you like the architecture or is it going to far? thanks :)

    Hello, Im pulling this map from my File Share tomorrow to tweak it a bit, I went back and played a game with some friends today and we did notice some frame rate issues now ( Dont know why they didnt show before) and to tweak the weapon layout, I believe im going to remove the Grenade Launchers and move a weapon placement on both bases but thats about it, it should be re-uploaded about 1 hour after ive taken it down.
