Both maps are Covenant ships but are widely different...Unlike Covenant Cruiser...you can not see the outside of the ship, only the inside. Phase 1: Time: 3 minutes Timer: 20 seconds Defence Timer: 10Seconds The map starts with the Spartans spawning in a pelican and they must take one of the 2 controls at either end of the room on the right to the pelican. Phase 2: Time: 5 minutes Timer: Core After the spartans have taken the hanger they must get to the bridge and activate the core to send the Covenant Corvette to hell... Phase 3: Time: 3 minutes Timer: 10 seconds After that has been done the Spartans must make their way back to the hanger to take back the pelican that the Elites stole to escape the Covenant Corvette... The forging is really good im impressed, the only problem with the map i can see is the pelican will be completely camped out during phase 3 and maybe even before. If you can find a way to prevent that, your map would seem more appealing to me for gameplay. The aesthetics however are really nicely done.
Thanks for the comment...that I will agree was a problem in the gameplay...however I couldnt find a way to fix this problem with no budget left...but for phase three there was not really any problems with it because the spartans could just nade spam the spot before they go in...honestly it is easy on phase 1 if some players are idle...so be sure not to have idle players if you play the map...lol
I agree here. Although the Pelican looks messy and lazily forged. If you could neaten that up in another version maybe?
Awesome Map..., its interesting with all the dark surroundings. and nice asthetics, reminds me alot of the Halo Reach Campaign. Through the place does have some issues. I feel the place could use some work. The Pelican like the ones before me noticed it is a bit cramped and lazily forged, look for OlympusPrime or whatever his name was but he has some really awesome Pelicans that you could take a look at.
This map just WORKS, and lets face it, invasion is an absolute ***** to get right. Played it a few times now and it's just about perfect.
Thanks for the comments. On the pelican, I had to forge it in that fashion so that people can spawn there. The pelican is big enough for the spartan team to spawn there and you can get to the cockpit too. Now this map is based off the Long Night Of Solace so I hope it reminds people of the reach campain. But for the comment about the pelican being too big for the hanger doors is just confusing...The pelican is not bigger than the hanger doors, its just the point of view that makes it look bigger. Im just plain confused by the rest of that comment so Im not going to reply to it...:/
