Hey guys. Well I just made a new gametype called Gladiator. I made one map for it(Volcano). But now I thought I could have maps made by you for this gametype. Overall desighn format: Maps should have no vehicles Maps should encourage Jumping 16 players allowed Arena like desighn(Example: Pinacle,Zealot,Separate ways,Anchor 9) NOT a maze/multi-level(Example: NOT Sword base,The Cage,Reflection) NO powerups or weapons(Including Grenades) NOT a BTB style map(Example: NOT Boneyard,Breakpoint,Hemorage,Spire) Now you have an idea of what I want. So show me your best maps, you can submit as many as you want. I wont set a closing date until submisions stop coming.
Wait, so encourage jumping? Does that mean there is a change in gravity or jump height? And will we get credit if you post the map?
I will advertise maps and creators on the post for my gametype. The post will be under the gametypes section it will be called gladiator. At first I will talk about gametypes then I'll put a picture of your map, creator, map packs required, Name of map, and download link! So yes. You do get credit. You are slightly more agile in this gametype, but not so much that you can't control yourself.
Alright I will see if I can put together a good map. Remember I said try, I am not promising anything but I honestly want to help a fellow forger out. Oh yeah, should we simply post our map download link here, tell you its in our file share, or a link to its thread??
