So i've seen maps that have hidden mines in platforms to mess people up, now i'd like to know how to do this but can't seem to find anything on how to do it, i think it's geo forging but i don't know how to do it in reach unless its the same way as in 3. If any of you'd be able to help me out id be very grateful because it would help out a lot with my map making. So please message/email/post/respond in any way if you can help me out, thanks.
Set the mine to fixed. Mines don't go through walls but walls go through mines (don't ask), so put the mine where you want it to then spawn the wall or floor and move that into position, if the mine is on fixed and the wall on phased, the wall will just pass through the mine. It's that simple.
Set pieces to "phased", that all you have to do. I never worked with mines, but as far as I know you can't merge them with other pieces if you hold the mine, so just place the mine first. For example, if you want it to be in the floor, place the mine at the correct hight and then place the floor where you want it to be. I hope you get what I mean, I have no idea how to explain it
