I've been playing with the idea of building a map around the Montana area of Forge World for a while and finally decided to do it. This area is pretty tough to work with, not so much with aesthetics, but definitely with play-ability. As of today, July 31 2011, this map only supports team slayer (red vs blue). Capture the flag, assault, and territory game types are in the works.

It took right at 8 hours for construction and another 3 for testing. A lot of weapons were moved around again and again to eliminate as much advantage from either team as possible due to the asymmetrical layout of the map.

    Back Story
The idea behind Mt Rushmost is that it was built a long time ago and was apparently abandoned. The fallen red tower is meant to accentuate this. When Reach was inhabited, some restoration began, but a lack of funding ended the project prematurely and the land was later leased by the UNSC who, after running out of "safe" areas, decided to let the Spartans train in this long forgotten relic.

    Welcome to Forge Hub!

It seems like a pretty decent map, but in the 2nd picture (blue spawn) there doesn't seem to be much cover. A few crates maybe? Also I can't get a decent look of the entire map.

Well done with a correct post, assuming this is you're first thrad. And you're welcome for checki9ng out your map. :D

Its a very nice map from what I can see. Except from these pictures I can't see how it all comes together...Maybe do a few overlook pictures? From this all I can tell is purple tower is connected to purple bridge...Which reminds me, maybe you should put a purple light over the bridge so it looks purple-er (its a word dammit!). Just a suggestion :D

    @ Ozkid3232
It is actually my second map. My other one is called Training Center Alpha, which is not complete anymore.

    @ james 24993
I've read about frame rate issues with lights, so I didn't include any. I'll put it up there and see how it goes.

I will add some overview pics and a video walkthrough if I can figure out how.
