I want the teleporter to only teleport in 20 seconds. I set the sender to 20 seconds, the reciever as well. When the sender appears I can't teleport through it. Help? (This is for Infection)
Are they linked? Another method you could try is having a fusion coil block the reciever, after 20 seconds a landmine spawns which detonates and also detonates the fusion coil, unblocking the teleporter.
Yes the reciever and sender are linked. I might try that, do you wanna join to see how the map is? If i did that would the landmine keep exploding? EDIT: i put the teleporters to never spawn and they are still unable to walk through the sender..
If you had another landmine which spawns at 30 seconds and doesn't detonate, and limit the landmines that can appear to 1,then it shouldn't be a problem.
Don't worry about trip mines etc that will make it messy and complicated, Save that for a last resort, Because I have done delayed teleporters that work perfectly. Sounds like the reviver node is blocked by the map or the setting "Allow players though" was accidentally turned off on either the sender or receiver. If it wasn't that check the spoiler. Spoiler Make a new sender and receiver set them to the same channel test that you can go though them, Put them where you want them (don't touch respawn time yet) test it again, Now set the Respawn time of the sender to 20seconds and place at start to NO(not sure why you need to receiver delayed) but if you do set it to 20seconds and place at start NO, Now test it one last time making sure you didn't hit any wrong button. Restart round wait 20seconds try and teleport it should work.
