This isnt a mod everyone and is definately a easter egg these covenant are also a easter egg because they dont last there they dissapear after like a second which then spawns the 3 plasma rifles on there. Heres a clue you need a falcon to get to this area and have to wait for ?????
You can fly a falcon by climbing to the highest point on one of the rocks and stalling Jun's falcon. Just in case anyone wants to try to find it.
And you have to start the mission on the first rally point, or it won't work. Well that's the way it's been when I try to do it anyway.
