VETERAN'S CLUB Hello Forgehub. This is my first map post, as I am new to the site. I have been forging maps for a while but i was just recently introduced to this site by a friend of mine. So this being said, go a little easy on me. This is a happening club filled with a wide range of entertainment and good aesthetics. The entertainment includes: -a cocktail bar - with a neon cocktail glass sign and beertap -a pool with a diving board -a pool-side/swim-up bar - with a neon beer mug sign and beertap -a stage complete with a stereo system and mic -a pool table with a rack for the pool sticks -a plasma screen tv for all your blue-screen viewing pleasures -several dining booths and tables -a dance room with seats and a DJ turn-table booth, -includes a dance floor with a disco ball Other aesthetics include: -a parking lot out front -benches for your comfort -open windows for a breeze -girl and boy bathrooms, especially needed after a few drinks -a center (grass) piece with a light in the middle -a neon sign out front that reads - CXV This map took me about a day to make, but I really put my best effort into it and my friend, EliteBiker20 says that he loves the map. I hope this attached video provides you with a good view of the map. I hope you enjoy the map. Video: A Halo Reach Map - Veteran's Club‏ - YouTube
I love the map! Especially how you put alot of cover around so nobody dies so simple. I will most likely download this.
I don't think the point of this map is to battle zim. Its more of an aesthetic map. You could battle if you wanted to but I don't think the spawns would be set right for any gametype. The map looks amazing by the way. The detail is good and there is plenty of entertaining aspects.
Nice! Made me think of the club from that mission... I like the bar with the water around it, The neon sign looked crooked. Dont know if you intended it not but amazing aesthetics. Btw: I could prob render some of your clips with Bungie pro in the future.
The map is very fun and the aesthetics are very unique. I love how you put neon signs to signify the difference between the bars. I also love how you made that DJ booth. I ran through the map on forge, and i can tell you put a lot of hard work into the map. BTW: Hey grif, whats up? ChainedXVeteran is actually one of my friends. He was over this past weekend and I watched him make this. I made the video for him though. I'll probably be getting Bungie Pro myself once I get a little money.
