SPORE Hey guys. I come back on forgeworld for this new project. This is a small map taking place in a scientific investigations center. In the middle you can find a fungus field. Then there is the labo, a shower, the toilet, and ouside, a yard with a ornemental lake. The fungus field The labo The toilet The shower Ouside. The yard Please test it !
i definately like the mushroom field... good idea. besides the mushroom field, the rest of the map seems very cluttered, but thats just my openion. also looks like there might be alot of z fighting in this map. ill give it a download and see how it plays. over all, its a decent map and i love the mushroom field
Are you sure this is a competitive map? Seems to me that it fits the casual / aesthetic sections better.
that map work for competitive part but you be in the right, i should put it in aesthetic. Try it with some friends.
I agree with DjshiftD, the mushrooms are a pretty cool concept I haven't seen anywhere. I am reminded of Wonderland for some reason lol I also agree that the water faucets, shower, and other gimmicks do lend the map toward a more aesthetic type of map rather than a serious competition map. I do like the creativity though. I'm always amazed at the things people come up with using the same pieces.
The spores just scream INFECTION to me... Do you mind if I borrow your idea for a future map and give you credit? Or maybe you could build an infection map? I really like this, it's interesting. I love the microscope.
