This is my second map for FH with more coming in the future. Players start by 4 warthogs and a large ramp. floating in the air in front of the ramp is a VIP Goal. Players must drive with enough speed to jump into it. The Goal disappears and reappears every 15 seconds. Replacement warthogs are found under the ramp. A second jump requires good aiming. ONLY FOR 4 PLAYERS. One problem is that if 2 players team up and one mans the turret, they can kill the other players. Looks like an alright map, but what I don't see is anything different about it. It's a racing map. You race. That's about it. A few ramps. The Bungie 500 map used all the materials to make the track from scratch, and enforces honor rules. I just see some ramps along the Rat's Nest map and a territory to cross.
ok all i hear is the honor rules does that have to do with no cheating or what cause i've nvr heard the term till today, EVERYWHERE. And also teams up does no good every one is invincible plus if they team up and cheat why are they on your friends list again. also stop ranting on the amateurs
amateurs? I'm a relative newbie with Forge. I've made 3 maps I felt were good enough to post here, and only two of them I really consider "good". What I'm trying to do is point out flaws which can then be fixed, making your map better. No map is ever perfect, and if there's a glaring flaw, that should be priority to be fixed before you start either adding on or moving on.
well it may not be perfect, im glad to see a rats nest racetrack. since the new maps came out, theres been like two racetracks for rats nest :'(. If you fixed this map up a little i would definetly like to download it.
Sorry to be the downer here, however raceways are kind of looked down upon here unless they are very original. If there is something you can tell me that is different than all of the other raceways that are posted on bungie and here please be my guest, but from what I can see there is nothing that is different or that stands out to me. -Donuts
Soggydoughnuts is right, and as a moderator I enforce the concept. Raceways are fine, but here at ForgeHub we're all about offering original, new, fresh ideas. This, I'm sorry to say, is none of those. Also, "argument over" is about as spammy as it can get, and we no likey spam. For the maps, try to keep it original. Look at what has been offered here and around the community, and then try to give us something new, unheard of. You'd be surprised how much better a response you would get. For the spam, stop. Lance 001 what are you smoking, agument over is not spamming, it's saying i'm done arguing, spamming is when some dumb idiot says the same thing over and over again, i don't care if your a mod, you should still respect the fact that i'm simply defended my and AND RIGHTS
calm down, I agree with the mod. This map is fun to play for a round, but is not original or unique. Its a circle with a start and 1 jump, then a few fireworks and the big ending, flying through a square......
