As for those spawns: face them towards paths rather than a wall, it will improve player orientation. Good luck with finishing it, hopefully it'll turnout well.
Also, it's better not to use team-only respawn points. Just set your initial spawns to the right team color and set the normal respawn points to neutral. For slayer variants, simply cover your whole map in one neutral strong respawn zone that is set to "Slayer" in the properties tab. For objective-based games, cover 1/2 to 2/3 of each side with a team-based strong respawn zone set to each color, and possibly an Anti Zone in each base if necessary. You'll probably only need to do this for CtF and Assault game-types. The rest should work just fine with the plain ol' dynamic spawn system built into the game. Further tweaks may be required depending on the map, but the set-up I just went over is an excellent start to getting your spawns working in a predictable manner.
