Attack on the controll room Hi and welcome to my remake of the clasic campaign mission Assault on the controll room. I had to name it attack because as many of you know assault is recognized as ofensive evan-though its the name of a default gametype ! Anyway lets get an overview to give you an idea of the map I went for a symmetrical layout of the tower, since playing through the campaign mission multiple times i felt that the one-way layout of the original tower would not work in an invasion gametype. As you can see the tower is mirred on both sides. The top is quite similar to the original execpt for the symetrical layout. I made the halway at the top of the tower look like it goes under the mountain as if the controll room is under forge worlds tower firing up into halo. If i had a super weopon on Attack on the controll room The spartans startat the oposite end of the canyon after exiting the door into the canyon In this base you will find a falcon, 2 ghosts, 2 mongoose and a warthog. there is also 2 plasma pistols and a grenade launcher. There is also 2 teleporters, the one in the base leads to the far end of the canyon along the clif where you will find a sniper rifle. The other teleporter is in the cave next to the base, it will go to the cave with water in it. once you exit the cave turn left and follow the edge of the map, here you will come acrros a rock path with a rocket launcher. If you continue along the edge of the map on both these ways there is a means to get up behind the shade turents. The elites start at the top of the tower As they make there way down they will find 2 concusion rifles, a focus rifle and 2 plasma pistols. At the base of the tower there is a wraith and 2 ghosts. Here is an overview of each phase each phase is labled 1,2,3 for each phase. PHASE 1 Spartans loadout- Scout/ DMR with Magnum/ armor lock sharpshooter/ DMR/ sprint Elites loadout- warrior/ neddle rifle with plasma riflr/ evade sentry/ neddle rifle/ armor lock Odjectives are 3 teritories at the base of the tower PHASE 2 Spartans loadouts guard/ AR with magnum/ armor lock marksman/DMR with magnum/ sprint security/ grenade launcher with AR/ hologram Elites loadoats zealot/ needle rifle with plasma rifle/ evade assasin/ needler with plasma rifle/ active camo sentry/ concusion rifle with plasma rifle/ armor lock Objectives are 3 teritories at the top of the tower PHASE 3 Spartan loadouts scout/ DMR with AR/ sprint opertor/ shotgun with AR/ armor lock security/ grenade launcher with AR/ hologram medic/ DMR with AR/ drop sheild Elites loadouts royal zealot/ needle riflre with plasma pistol/ evade champion/ concussion rifle with plasma rifle/ active camo gladiator/ energy sword with plasma rifle/ evade sentry/ needle rifle with plasma rifle/ armor lock objective is the core that is in the halway to the controll room, spartans have to take it to the bottom of the tower to win. Not trying to be mean or anything, but your post has quite a few spelling errors. This detracts from the post and makes it seem like you don't take time on things. You should fix your errors so you improve the attractiveness of the post.
WTFbbq sauce?!? Attractiveness?... Anyway, ignore that dude. This looks amazing! I love epic structures in Invasion games as it gives character to the map. The only gripe I have is that each of the 3 phases are almost in the same spot. I think what would have been better is to make the first phase at the bottom of the structure and move the spartans closer. The second phase near the top of the tower and then keeping the third phase as is. It just seems you've made this huge thing which is barely used in the first phased and then quickly run past in the following. Again, sick looking map! Great work!

halo ce is my favorite game from the halo series and this mission would have to be the best mission. The loadoats where a stab in the dark as this was my first invasion map. during testing, giving the elites plasma pistols in there loadouts was a nightmare for the falcon. So i removed them and added plasma pistols on the map. i do like your sugestions thogh. thanks.
