I always thought i was making a competitive map, but then i saw, whats the difference? What is required for a map to be competitive? I just thought it was weapon placement, spawn placement, structure, and then i realized that should be every map... Im mixing up casual and competitive, what makes each? Also, what is the honor rule?
hey i noticed your picture is the jewish star made out of spartan lazers, i met the guy who made this, is that you? or did u just download it? anyway i think that competitive is what you would do that is totally fair and is used for only skill stuff, while casual is for light easier maps where tactics arent as much involved.
Competitive=include mostly the "skillage" weapons, battle rifles carbines snipers etc. MLG for instance is cpmetitive. Your right spawns should be fair for both but casual games can mix them up,making people spawn together for craziness and other twists competitiviemaps cant. Competitive maps must have cover, areas to bounce frags etc while again casual can go against this for the sake of fun. The honour rule is when people are expected to not do something for the sake of the game,eg not jumping off the map, using a certain gun etc And wiggum his avatar is a pentagram...not the star of david...theres a...AHEM "slight" difference
Umm...thats no jewish star. a jewish star is an triangles layed over an upside down triangle. Thats the devil star, made out of lazers.
