Runway This airport supplies the UNSC military with weapons. This map was built by XboxAustria (Me and The Barracuda) We spent over 2 months improving the map. Changelog: Spoiler 1.1 + A crane which holds the ship was added + 1 Stockpile flag was moved in the direction of the ship + The vehicles are now able to drive into the storage + The design of the ship was changed a little bit
Hey Dani! I remember you guys showing this map to me and I also have tested it too it plays nice and looks good, but whats up with that airplane now? it looks odd without the stands (or whats it called). But anyways, have you added more spawns cause when I played it there wasn't many spawns at all, you were spawning on the same spot over and over again! But I really like the big building, its interior is amazingly built! If you fix the stuff I said (and maybe add some more cover around the sniping tower) This map is going to be amazing!! Keep it up man! P.s i already know about the easter egg but don't post just cause I know
Hey Raptororieon! I will think about what you told me to improve the map. I need more ideas to improve Runway so that it is worth to turn on my Xbox, put in the Reach-disc and improve the map. If you help me to find more enhancing ideas i'll change it as soon as possible.
Great map! but the area around the runway is really exposed, you could add some refueling tank to fill up the area, Because its like a no-mans land there. And you say this suports invasion and race O.O Post some pictures to show how Invasion Works then. I take back what I said about cover. This map is very balanced, and has some different elements mixed together.
Good to see you posted this! I really enjoyed forging this with you. If I can advice you to do something I would say you should change the thumbnail. It looks a bit... lame.
I'll think about the comments. I want to build a good looking engine for the ship but it's more difficult that it seems. When I finish it I'll post some new pictures, a better thumbnail and a complete weapon list.
The first update is here! Changelog is available in the first post by Danistar. Check out the awesome changes we have done. The map plays a lot better now and offers more cover.
Looks nice, but an overview picture would be nice to get a feel for map flow. Interesting BTB though, I will download and take a look. What would you say is the optimal gametype, I see it supports all, but generally maps play best for one in particular.
I've uploaded a picture which shows the full map (the first one in the post). I have tested the map in different ametypes and i think the best is slayer with 3 or more teams but there should not be more than 4 players on each team because every team (red and blue not included) have only 4 start spawns. PS: I think about adding some forgehub gametypes like conquest to the map.
I like the map! but cant u tell us a litle buit about inf cuz i know these people woould like whot u did for making that gamemode better plz tell us!

I'm not sure but I might of found the "easter egg". I'm not sure what it is but its to the left of the yellow spawn points on the map. Again, I don't think I know what it is. But is that it?
