There is a trick where if Shang Tsung hits you, and he will, just beat him anyways, and when it says finish him, go to player select and you'll fight him again without it counting against you.
So my copy arrived in the mail yesterday. I had to get it imported because Australia is retarded. So far I'm having a great time with it. I spent most of my time in story mode and I think it's pretty cool. The 2v1 tag matches can get a bit annoying at times but it's not something that's worth complaining about. With the small time I've spent outside of story mode, I've mainly used Scorpion because of the fact that he was always my preferred character whenever I played the previous games. Aside from Scorpion though, I'm becoming a fan of both Noob and Smoke as well. Am I the only one that thinks having characters in the background in freakin' awesome? Like for example, there is one level (I can't remember the name) where you can see Frost and someone else fighting in the background. Or at the beginning of the story mode you can see Kenshi's dead body.I think it really gives fans an idea of what characters are going to be included in the game as DLC.
Has anyone got any tips to help defeat Saho Kahn at the end of the game? I've tried waiting for him to taunt but he doesn't seem to do it as often as he did during the first fight. EDIT: Nvm, Beat him.
Has anyone else bin following the Mortal Kombat Legacy web series? I think its bin great so far especially this latest story about Raiden it's done very well. yeah, 'twas banned here in Australia. Got a region free copy from Hong Kong (in English) about a month ago. I effin' love it. Been a huge fan of the series since I was like 4, I've played all of the games, even enjoyed some of the movies and other live action stuff and this is a fantastic edition to the franchise. There's a big downside to importing the game and that's no online features. I can't get any DLC for it, nor can I play online. I think someone's figured out a way around this and I think it involves creating a UK account or something along those lines. Either way, I love it; it's awesome, violent as ever, perfect story and I'm unstoppable with Scorpion.
