2 things: 1) This has been bothering me for a while; even Paranoia UK didnt make a map completely out of 2x2 banks. He used: [window, colisseums], [1x1, short and tall], braces, [cover, glasses], columns, railings, crates, [and platform, XLs]. 2) We really need to get this a regular thing. Maybe once a month, or a week or two. I would call it 'Forge Piece Spotlight', 'Instructed Forging', 'Specific Forging', or 'Designated Forging'.
In the nicest way possible, you're all absolutely insane. The degree of seriousness to which these questions are being taken has me chuckling pretty hard. Tz, I blame you for this farce.
I know. It's amazing how involved everyone is getting. I mean, it started as a joke. And honestly, I started this thread as a (small) extension of that joke. Now everyone and there cousin is competing. Like, lol. The thing is though, it could produce some interesting maps
'Cause I said so. No other reason really. I just don't want TOO many other pieces. This is supposed to be tricky to pull off.
Well, I made an insane gametype, but it fell to the S word, so I'm going to build an invasion map instead. XD
Same here... and water. Shouldn't the map get more of a chance of winning if it is strictly 2x2 banks since its harder?
I think some of us are missing the point of this. We're supposed to be as creative as possible when creating a map out of 2x2 banks.
Hmm I've tried many layouts so far, and known of them just seem suitable. This is actually a lot harder than I thought it would be. I like it.
Exactly. I agree completely with what Tz said. It's incredibly creative. Cade seems to think that the constraints will limit creativity. How naive (I hope you read this Cade ♥). This kind of thing forces people to think outside of the box, which I love. I'm exited to see what you guys come up with.
