As everyone knows, the K/D ratio is your overall kills divided by your overall deaths. So what would happen if your overall deaths equals to 0? As everyone should also know, you cannot divide by zero. So what would it do? Would it treat this as a division of one, instead? Would it say ---, N/A, , Unknown, etc. ? Not many people can end up with 0 deaths in every game, so we'd likely never know.
You could play real campy for your first game on a new profile, try not to die, and see what it says after that.
It shows up as the number of kills you have received. See, the system is the number of kills divided by your number of LIFES, so it should really be your Kills/Life ratio. Since the second you spawn you instantly have one life, there is no way for the system to be pushed into an infinite loop.
Goddamn you're right, I should have remembered that. I did it on a one month back in H3, my first game of social was Team BRs on The Pit and I went 21-0, my social k/d was 21 for the longest time until I caved and played another social game.
um considering that in one single game your K/D is actually your kills minus your deaths, i am pretty sure it will just subtract 0 from your kills
Uhm, what? If thats true then my K/D would be around 2200. Which it isnt. KILL/DEATH ratio. The very name implies dividing.... KILL(divided by)DEATH /facepalm
I recently found out that there is an exploit that causes your kill amount to display as infinite. I thought it would amount to your kills too, but I guess I was wrong about that.
The answers actually infinity. If you look on Bungies home page at someone who has no deaths, then their K/D is the word "infinity".
well if someone could provide a 1month or 2 we could change the language on the Xboxs and find out. i really like this ?
