Audacious Descent Hello people. Derk921 here was my newest map. Audacious Descent is a sky track that is full of fun. It features a drift turn, banked wave, huge drop down, and some poor aesthetics. It's inspired by a map I once tried making on Sandbox but never got around to doing it and would probably never worked. This took me about 15 to 20 hours to create and I spent an extra few hours adding finishing touches. this track was really well made. i liked how u made all the pieces smooth and make it look good too like the orange and yellow tunnels. even the teleporter parts were good. and a fun dive at the end. tho the only thing thing that disappointed me was that i wish you made it so we could dive into the water even for a tiny bit before teleporting. overall, great track. edit: oh yea, ur man made island was cool too. very natural looking = props
My favorite part was definitely the tunnels/ teleporters. I agree with rafi on wishing that we could have spent a bit of time underwater before teleporting... Everything seems to fit on this map. I like the consistency with the pieces used along with the design. I usually don't care for race maps but I'm glad there are always exceptions to the rule.
Most of what I wanted to say has already been posted, so great work on making a very smooth fun track. The aesthetics are great (including the bird) and the drift turn provides a difficult challenge on the map.
This map was fun and a great race map. The turn with the gravity lift was a little hard so try making it a little easier and not reqiuring grav lifts? The drop was fantastic. My friend had no Idea the first time and started screaming that he was gonna die. The starts are a little sketchy though. You get lost on where your supposed to go at first. Other than that this map was great.
Sweet epileptic Christ that is one hell of a drop off. I'm gonna have to play this map later today, but it looks awesome.
