    Description:

Welcome one and all to the biggest party of the year. The amount of action that goes on in this block in unmatched anywhere else on this halo ring. This block is full of tons of vehicles and tons of ordance in order to take them down. Fight with your team along the dangerous streets, engage in fierce interior battles and even fight underground. This map is my first multipurpose map that I am publishing. It would be compatible with all game types but I hit the item limit. Territories and capture the flag are fan favorites for this map.

    Gametypes:

Race, Assault, Neutral Bomb, One Bomb, Capture the Flag, Multi flag CTF, Neutral Flag CTF, One Flag CTF, Juggernaught, Oddball, Slayer, Team Slayer, Territories.

    Special Thanks:

I just want to take this time to say thank you to all the people who helped me a long the way in making this map. I would like to especially thank Alzarahn and Timothy on XForgery.com for hosting tuesday night tests and giving me lots of usefull feedback that altered so much of the map. Thank you also to the people who participate in Tuesday Night Tests. Thank you also to my friends on Halotracks for popping into my game sometimes and helping me out with suggestions for how to improve the gameplay.

    Questions:

    What inspired your creation?
Well I really like city racetracks and so when I wanted to create one I decided to make it compatible with other game-types as well to broaden it's appeal.

How long did it take you to build this track?
I have had it in a beta stage for about a month now, but everytime I got testing I had to tweak it. It is the most labour intensive track i have created. I would say around 15 hours spread out.

What aspect of the track took you the longest to make?
The small subtleties of how to lay out all the objectives was the hardest part. The racetrack had to flow well and not too intrusive or the slayer side of the map would suffer.

A map that's compatible with normal gametypes AND Race? Interesting...

This actually looks pretty good. The place with the Falcon looks like it might be a bit too open, but other than that, it looks pretty well made. DL'd.

I am going to pull out all the stops for the video of this map because I think it has a lot of potential. I love vehicular combat and this map serves up tons of 4 wheeled carnage. I hope the video will be ready by the end of the week.

This looked pretty good, but the team spawning at the top end of the map appears to have a distinct advantage, as both teams have snipers but one team can shoot down. It would be easier to hold this side of the map from every entry point, making matches slightly unfair. Also, 2 falcons seems like a lot for the map, it isn't that big in comparison to some BTB maps and I feel it isn't the best vehicle for the map as it is, with very little cover available for it unless you want to land right on the street. The warthogs had generally good driving paths, but one had me shoot right off the map over some coliseum windows, and some through the center were very cramped, and would be even worse if you are being shot at.
Overall, a very interesting map with a good idea, but a few problems in this version. Besides the height problem, I like the base placement, and many of the buildings for foot travel are well placed as well. 3.5/5

Thank you very much for the feedback. About the bases being different heights: The red buildings on the red bases side are purposely higher than the ones on the blue side. This makes it so even though the base is at a higher altitude, it cuts off the sniper view from that base, this makes the sightlines more even than it would be otherwise.

Since there is so much interior space the falcons are pretty tame. Many anti-vehicle weapons are available on the map to counter the falcons/warthogs. I really enjoy vehicular combat so that is what I was trying to get across in this map.
