    Hello,

This is the first map I'm posting here.
I've been forging since reach came out but I never really did anything with the maps.
Usually I made a map without spawns and weapons and then I got bored of it and made a new one. I have dozens of unfinished maps like this:p

This time though I made a map with some gametypes on it plus the spawns and weapons. I thing I did a pretty good job with the weapon layout. And the spawns are nicely set up too.

I started building this map more as a testing ground to practise with weapons like the grenade launcher. I wanted to make a small map with a lot of diversity in it. Narrow hallways, low roofs, high roofs, open space and good sightlines. Not to brag about it to much...but I pulled it off;)
The map turned out to be a bit bigger then I wanted, so it's fit for 5x5 but still small enough for some good ol' 1v1.

    Weapons/clips/timers are:

    Dmr: 4 / 2 / 30s
    Needle Rifle: 2 / 2 / 30s
    Assault Rifle: 2 / 2 / 30s
    Plasma Rifle: 2 / 2 / 30s
    Pistol: 2 / 2 / 30s
    Plasma Pistol: 1 / 2 / 30s
    Needler: 1 / 3 / 60s
    Grenade Launcher: 1 / 3 / 90s
    Shotgun: 2 / 0 / 120s
    Sniper Rifle: 1 / 1 / 90s
    Rocket Launcher: 1 / 0 / 180s
    Grenades: 8 / 15s
    Plasma Grenades: 5 / 15s

Enjoy the map and let me know what you all think about it.
    Any feedback would be appreciated:)

I used the 3x3 short blocks. The bottom of those blocks is what you see.
The 'ledges' of those blocks don't hinder movement by the way. Its like there's an invisible layer of glass on the whole block so its perfectly flat:)

I feel like the roof is still to blank. if anyone has some ideas to make it more interesting, let me know.

I checked out your map in customs and it is a very well forged out map. The layout is interesting and diverse in options/routes to take; which is good for map flow. My only problem with your map (which is a very very minor issue, nothing major) was that there seemed to be a lot of grenades, especially frag. grenades. You may want to set the respawn time to 45 or 60 secs. or take out a couple. Anyway, good job on the map.

Thanks for the feedback Tiny Tyco:)

Yeah I usually suck at throwing nades, so thats maybe why i put so many on the map haha. But a second reason is for balance.
Once a team is set up on the balcony they have an overview of the whole center plus all ways leading to it.
Thats way I put most nades in the basement and centre level and only 1 on the top level. Same for the power weapons except sniper.

Any more feedback on the map is more than welcome!
I'm starting a new map tomorrow and if I know what I did do wrong here I can avoid it there:)

dude this looks so cool. you used most of the normal pieces but managed to have a different look. the only thing i see thats wierd or wrong is the 1x4s... they seem placed byhand rather then on cordinates witha rotation snap..

The 1x4s are placed on a 15 degree angle on one side. And all with rotation snap.
